Bonk House Weekly is an online news column published every Tuesday, detailing events that occurred the prior week at the Bonk House. 

Our motto here at BHW is “Nothing News,” the articles you find here won’t change the world, they won’t make you a better person. What you will find here is real, nothing news.

BHW is written, designed, and edited by me, Brooke Kriofsky.

Where We Came From:

Bonk House Weekly started as a silly joke back in November 2023 when the perpetually problematic Miss Donut tried to eviscerate a stuffed animal (Eeyore), and simply sending a text to my friends and family saying that Miss Donut had attempted murder did not bring enough gravity to the situation. So I hopped on Canva and made up a ‘fake’ news article about it.

And then I realized that I had a lot of fun writing Bonk House. So I just kept going.

Eventually, I got sick of the limitations of one page and of texting it to all of my ‘fans’ individually. I pictured something bigger but equally as dumb and silly. For months before I debuted this website, I tinkered with it in an attempt to capture the image of myself that I wanted to present to the world, or at least my half-dozen subscribers.

That’s how we ended up here. Bonk House Weekly is a distillation of…me. It’s just me.

Enjoy it, laugh at it, cringe at it. Who cares.
